While the popularity of this site is probably driven by the name, the calculation of the ratio between "unsafe" and "safe" google search results for proper names is an interesting, if somewhat obscure, metric.

what does this have to do with web2.0? I strongly suggest that the site owner cleans up his lists. It is clutter like this that gives web 2.0 a bad name and makes the lists not too useful as a way to find really useful sites.
